Microread Genetics Invited to World Police Summit 2024 (WPS)

    The World Police Summit 2024, organized by Dubai Police and DMGevents, took place at the Dubai World Trade Centre in Dubai, UAE, from 5-7 March 2024. The event drew over 80,000 professional visitors from 138 countries and featured more than 5,000 square meters of exhibition space.  

    The World Police Summit is the world's first conference to bring together national police and security commanders, global law enforcement agencies and experts to discuss the major global challenges of fighting crime and ways to enhance security. The showcase covers a wide range of content covering police equipment, data security, communications hardware and software, artificial intelligence, forensic science, electronic chips and more. It brings together a wide range of experts and professional speakers from all over the world, sharing the best strategies and technologies.      Microread Genetics was invited to participate in the event for the second time this year. At the 22nd World Police Summit, the Microreader™ 26 RM-Yplex ID system, a reagent jointly developed by Microreader and Dubai Public Security Headquarters (DPSHQ), was exhibited. Technical experts from the Forensic Training and Development Centre of the Dubai Public Security Headquarters also gave a presentation at the event, which garnered significant attention. Microread Genetics was invited to present its complete solution for forensic science at this year's event. The products cover all aspects of court science, from sample collection and DNA extraction to purification, quantification, PCR amplification, sequencing, and analysis.
