MicroreaderTM Bovine 19 ID profiling kit is used for detecting and identifying bovine genetic relationships using short tandem repeat (STR) DNA loci. It can amplify a total of 19 microsatellites in a single multiple PCR reaction, then detected and analyzed by capillary electrophoresis. Bovine control DNA was supplied for verifying acceptable PCR and electrophoresis conditions. The allele ladders which is essential for database construction is optional for purchase.
